The Wildlife
The RSPB centre at Bempton Cliffs is one of the most visited reserves in the country and hopes to attract a wide variety of seabirds from Gannet, Puffin, Kittiwake, Razorbill, Guillemot, Fulmar, Herring Gull and Shag.
Between April and August, there are thousands of seabirds along the cliffs. The gannets are one of the main features at Benton Cliffs as they are seen above the cliff tops, giving you ample opportunity to get some wonderful photos of these birds in flight, as well as video as well.
So join me on a fun-packed wildlife day, walking around this fantastic RSPB site, I will share with you the knowledge I have gained from the many visits I have made to Bempton Cliffs, including how to get the most from your camera.
Even though I am a Canon photographer, you can still join me at Bempton Cliffs if you are confident enough to navigate through your camera settings, whether it be Nikon, Sony, or Fuji I will be able to guide you in the right direction to make the right choices to photograph the wildlife.

Auntumn / Winter Opportunities
During the autumn and winter months, many of the seabirds will have left Bempton Cliffs, leaving only but a few common birds and a handful of gannets.
However all is not lost as Bempton Cliffs, offers a great opportunity to photograph short-eared Owls migrating from Scandinavia, Russia and Iceland. To the UK for winter.
Along with the resident Barn owl and Perguin falcon. If you are lucky you may also catch sight of a Merlin, Kestral and other birds of prey, and sometimes the weasles.
