Story:

Another walk through the Yorkshire Dales took me across an open field where I heard of cattle that decided to take an interest in me, knowing that cattle can be quite dangerous at times and not to be taken as friendly animals, I was on my guard and passed by without trying to make too much eye contact. However, glancing to my right with all the cattle standing above me on the hillside against the blue sky, I had to take the picture of all these Bulls standing above me.

 The Belted Galloway, often affectionately called the “Beltie,” is a hardy and highly adaptable cattle breed originating from the Galloway region of southwest Scotland. Known for its distinctive broad white belt across a black or dun body, the breed combines striking appearance with excellent hardiness, making it ideal for a wide range of environmental conditions, from wet lowlands to exposed uplands.
